Applications

Each applicant is required to complete a comprehensive application form, supported by documentary proof of identity, employment history, a minimum of two independent character references, educational details and health record. Our staff are fully screened prior to employment. Their performance is continually monitored and on going training is provided.

All persons in the employment of Meath Security Service are required to abide by the company's rules and Code of Conduct. Failure to do so would result in instant dismissal. Please read the agreement and code of conduct below before clicking here to apply using our application form.

Agreement and Code of Conduct

Employees

  1. Shall not leave their place of work without due permission or reasonable cause for requesting a replacement
  2. Shall carry out their work promptly and diligently
  3. If for any reason you are delayed in reaching your post, you must ring the base immediately so that a replacement can be put in place.
  4. If intening to leave Meath Security Service, one week's notice is required or forfeit one weeeks pay in lieu of notice.
  5. If time off work is required sufficient notice must be given.
  6. Shall not, without due and sufficient cause, destroy, mutilate, alter or erase any document or record.
  7. Shall not, without authority, divulge any matter which is confidential to the employer or his client's part or present, our use the client's telephone for private calls.
  8. Shall not corruptly solicit or receive any bribe or other consideration from any person, or fail to account for the monies received in connection with the employer's business.
  9. Shall not act in a manner resonably likely to bring discredit upon an emplouer, a client or a fellow employee.
  10. Shall not feign or exaggurate any sickness or injury with a vie to evading work.
  11. Shall not be uncivil to persons encounter in the course of work or make any unneccessary use of authority in connection with the dischange of the employer's buisiness.
  12. Shall maintain proper standards of appearance and deportment whilst at work.
  13. Shall not work whilst under the influence of alcohol or consume any alcohol whilst at work.
  14. Be alert at all times, periodic checks will be made on static guards and catnapping could lose the employee a contract as well as fellow employees. Base should be contacted in the case of an emergency.
  15. Shall maintain radio contact on all assignments with Meath Security Service Control on an hourly basis.
  16. Shall not offer security services to a Meath Security Service client whilst in the employment of Meath Security Service, or until a period of one year after terminating their employment with Meath Security.
This code of conduct is signed and dated by both the employee and the employer.
